At Rehmall, we strive to provide the highest quality digital development services (Websites, Apps, and Software). However, unlike physical products, our services involve significant human labor, time, and intellectual property that cannot be "returned" once expended.

Therefore, we have a strict Refund Policy based on the Progress Percentage of your project as displayed on your Client Dashboard.

By hiring Rehmall and making a payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Refund Principle

Our payment model is milestone-based (30% - 40% - 30%). Refunds are not applicable for completed milestones where work has already been delivered or approved. Refunds are only considered for the current active milestone subject to the conditions below.

2. The "30% Progress" Rule

We use a transparent system where you can track your project completion status (0% to 100%) via your dashboard.

A. Cancellation Before 30% Progress (Eligible for Partial Refund)

If you decide to cancel the project before the progress bar on your dashboard reaches 30%:

  • You are eligible for a refund of the Initial Deposit.

  • Deduction: We will deduct a 20% Administrative & Setup Fee from the amount paid to cover server setup, initial consultations, and resource allocation.

  • Example: If you paid $1,000 as a deposit, you will be refunded $800.

B. Cancellation After 30% Progress (Non-Refundable)

Once the project progress exceeds 30%:

  • The Initial Deposit becomes 100% Non-Refundable.

  • At this stage, significant coding and design resources have already been utilized.

  • If you cancel at this stage, you will not receive a refund, but you will not be charged for future milestones (unless work for those milestones has already commenced).

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Regardless of the project status, the following items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  1. Third-Party Costs: Any fees paid by Rehmall on your behalf to third parties, including but not limited to:

    • Domain Name Registrations.

    • Premium Themes or Plugins purchased for your project.

    • Hosting or Server fees.

    • Paid API Keys (e.g., Google Maps, OpenAI).

  2. Completed Milestones: Once you have approved a milestone (e.g., UI Design approved, 50% payment made), previous payments cannot be refunded.

  3. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply "change your mind" after the project source code has been delivered.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund (if eligible under Section 2A), please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@rehmall.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Project ID]".

  2. Verification: Our team will verify the project progress status from the dashboard logs.

  3. Approval/Rejection: We will notify you within 48 hours regarding the approval or rejection of your request.

  4. Processing Time:

    • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer or Payoneer) within 14-20 business days, depending on international banking clearing times. Note that any transaction fees charged by the bank/Payoneer are non-refundable.

5. Project Termination by Rehmall

In the rare event that Rehmall is unable to complete your project due to our own internal issues (and not due to Client delays):

  • We will issue a 100% Full Refund of all payments made by you for the incomplete milestones.

  • This does not apply if the termination is due to the Client violating our Terms of Use (e.g., requesting illegal content, gambling apps, etc.). In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take chargebacks seriously.

  • If you initiate a dispute or chargeback with your bank or Payoneer without first contacting our support team, your account will be immediately suspended.

  • Project work will stop, and all access to the dashboard and files will be revoked.

  • We reserve the right to report the incident to global fraud prevention databases.
